Meeting opened by President Frank (Bosco) Correia.

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given by all and had opening prayer. 

Roll Call of Officers:
President - Frank (Bosco) Correia - Present
Vice President - Eddie Wyatt - Present
Secretary – Ed Krieser - Present
Treasurer – Harry Hoy – Present

Minutes of last year’s meeting was read and approved as amended.

Audit Committee Chairman Ron Poness gave Audit Report. All was in order.

Treasurer gave financial report as approved by Audit Committee (Association Officers.) Eddie Wyatt moved to approve. It was seconded and passed unanimously by the membership present.

Old Business:

Ed Wyatt moved that when a member finds out about another member or past member passing, and cannot get the information to an officer of the association, to go ahead and have the flowers and card sent. The association will reimburse upon receiving the receipt. There were several seconds and motion passed.

Ron Poness questioned removing the message board from the association website. He moved to reinstate the message board. It was seconded and the motion failed.

Harry Hoy moved to have one individual member responsible for getting Company Guideon flags to each reunion. It was seconded and passed. Lloyd “Ed” Harris volunteered to get them to the next reunion.

New Business:

President Bosco spoke on reunion site proposal requirements.

The Company reps committee approved one proposal to put before the membership. Ed Harris spoke on the proposal for the Wisconsin Dells Ho-Chunk Casino for 2014. The vote was to accept the proposal.

Nomination of Officers:

President – Frank (Bosco) Correia, and Art Ward
Vice President – Ron Poness, there were no further nominations.
Treasurer – Harry Hoy, there were no further nominations.
Secretary – Ed Krieser, there were no further nominations.

It was voted unanimously to elect all nominated to office.

George Schieder moved to have secret ballot for President. Seconded and Passed.

George Schieder moved that those nominated and unopposed be elected by unanimous acclimation. Seconded and passed.

Art Ward won the election for president.

There were several motions to adjourn, passed unanimously.

Before adjournment Art Ward thanked Frank (Bosco) Correia for his many years of faithful service and dedication to the association. Frank got a standing ovation.
