The meeting was called to order by Vice-President Mike Oberline. President Ed Dodson was absent.

Pledge of Allegiance and opening prayer led by Chaplain Rod Skelton.

Minutes of the Branson meeting of 2002 were read by Richard Cummings... Minutes were accepted and approved.

Financial Report of 2002 was read by "Sharky"...report was accepted and approved.

OLD BUSINESSĀ 

M/S/C That the positions of Secretary/Treasurer be split into two separate positions....discussion....Motion carried.

M/S/C That the positions of Webmaster and Newsletter Editor be separated.....discussion...Motion carried.

M/S/F Motion to sell 2-3-3 merchandise to the public..... discussion.... Motion failed.

M/S/F To eliminate the honorary member portion of the By-Laws.... discussion...Motion failed.

Call for nominee as Honorary Member...nobody nominated

NEW BUSINESS

M/S/F...That the Association become incorporated as a non profit association....discussion....Motion failed.

M/S/C That the tenure of the Company Representatives may be extended if needed...discussion...Motion carried.

Presentations were for Mount Rushmore area in South Dakota, Springfield Illinois, and Las Vegas, NV
