The annual meeting of the 2-3-3 Vietnam Era Association was called to order by President Chuck Jenkins at 0930 on 19JUL02.
The opening pledge of allegiance and prayer was lead by Chaplain Rod Skelton.
TREASURERS' REPORT
Given by Chuck Jenkins. There is $10,038.67 in the treasury. At the end of the reunion, the records will be turned over to the new officers. Exact figures will not be obtained until the conclusion of the reunion.
OLD BUSINESS
The By-Laws were read to the membership. Discussion on amendments were discussed - no action taken.
NEW BUSINESS
M/S/C That the Associations dues be increased to $15.00 per member per year....discussion....
motion carried.
M/S/ That the Association spent $200.00 for picture slides of the reunion.....discussion....no action taken....

(NOTE: Company Representatives were also voted upon but not listed!)

The annual meeting of the Association was closed until 2004 by
President Jenkins.
